Proven track record in leadership and professional skill building, group and individual coaching and organizational development. Keen ability to quickly build genuine rapport, analyze information, and deliver successful outcomes. Exceptional communication skills enable effective interfacing with clients ranging from entry level to executive. Diverse service background includes academic, private and public organizations of all sizes and industries.  Cynthia teaches in the Management Communication Center.
