Bio

Prior to joining SBD Global Fund, Evgeniy Terekhov was a partner in Pepperwood Partners, an investment banking advisory firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. A seasoned financial manager, Mr. Terekhov has been responsible for the origination, financing and management of dozens of investments across a number of industries, including telecom, high tech, and real estate. He also has significant experience in cross-border transactions.

Mr. Terekhov also served in senior executive roles with CentroCredit Bank group (Moscow, Russia), such as Head of Risk of the Bank and CEO for CentroGarant Insurance. His career started in 1994 in Hoffland Environmental Inc. (Conroe, TX) as sales engineer and representative in Moscow and CIS.

Mr. Terekhov holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and Master’s Degree in Heat Energy from Technical University of Belarus, Minsk.
