Hilka Schmitz

Hilka Schmitz is Chief Operation Officer of Annkh Ltd, an early-stage startup company. Annkh Ltd has launched Source-Lifestyle, a new and innovative digital lifestyle app that redefines traditional concierge services. In her capacity as COO, Hilka is accountable for the design, implementation, oversight and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s operations, financial management, human resources and compliance.

Prior to joining Source in May 2014, Hilka spent her career in investment banking, where she held various positions in Frankfurt, New York and London spanning multiple areas such as change management, strategy and transformation. Most recently, Hilka was Director at Deutsche Bank and established the governance and delivery framework for a global, asset-class wide program targeted to significantly increase efficiency and control in Deutsche’s middle-/ back-office.

Hilka holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where she was designated as a Fuqua Scholar. She is Director of the SPS Trust Fund supporting young people in Cambodia and member of the European Regional Advisory Board of Duke University.
